Savannah Richey

Hi, my name is Savannah Richey. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Pacific Counseling Center at FPU. I graduated with my M.A. from Alliant International University, Fresno in Clinical Counseling. I am passionate about working with college students, athletes, and women experiencing infertility. I view my clients holistically and believe in the connection of the body, mind, and soul. In my spare time, you can find me hanging with my family or binging a podcast while on a walk.

I come alongside my clients to explore the impact of their experiences on their mind and body. It is my mission to help my clients understand why they may be feeling exhausted, burnt out, or increasingly irritable as I empower my clients to invite the body into the conversation and gain insight and tools needed to move forward.

It is my genuine hope my clients feel an unconditional sense of support and affirmation in session. I will empathetically guide them as they begin to challenge and unlearn harmful messages and cycles negatively impacting their mental health. I will incorporate mindfulness and meditation in sessions to help connect the body and mind. I believe all athletes and individuals deserve one space where they are not expected to perform, but can just be – no lights, no judgment.
