Great to meet you!

My treatment approach is grounded in a combination of lived experience, extensive education, and postgraduate training. This blend of knowledge has shaped the inner wisdom I bring to my work, guiding clients toward clarity, emotional intelligence, and deeper self-awareness. Together, we engage in a curious and compassionate exploration of the self and the ways our past may be shaping our present.

Starting therapy is a brave step, and I’m here to support you. I offer a free, brief consultation to answer any questions and explore whether we’re a good fit. Feel free to reach out via email or phone—I look forward to connecting and beginning this journey with you.

My approach to therapy

You might be wondering what type of therapy I offer. The answer depends on who you are and what you need. Some of my go-to approaches include relational, psychodynamic, attachment-based, ACT, EMDR, solution-focused, CBT, and prolonged exposure therapy for PTSD. Together, we’ll identify the goals that matter most to you and move through them at your pace.

What you can expect from me

I work from a strengths-based and relational model, which means that building trust is essential before we can “do the work.” While I’m not diagnosis-focused, I use them as helpful tools to better understand and support your needs. I particularly enjoy working with clients navigating low self-esteem, identity issues, relational and attachment concerns, perfectionism, PTSD, and race-based trauma.
