Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Savannah and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in KY. I obtained my Doctorate in Social Work with a concentration in Sports Social Work from the University of Kentucky where I also obtained my Masters in Social Work with K-12 School Certification. I have spent 5 years working as a Mental Health Specialist specializing in children's mental health, specifically with a focus on trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I have experience and training in CBT, EMDR, play therapy, sand tray, and psychoeducation. I utilize a strengths-based perspective to help meet the needs of the whole client. As a previous collegiate athlete and coach, I am passionate about all things mental and physical health!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very strengths-based and client centered. I believe it is important to meet the client where they are and empower them to see and utilize their strengths in order to achieve their goals.
