Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist specializing in trauma treatment with adults. Throughout my journey of becoming a psychologist, I have remained committed to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care for individuals.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma work with emerging adults navigating identity development, attachment patterns, and complex trauma histories.

I strive to provide gender- and racially- affirming care, as well as to create safe spaces for identity exploration and symptom reduction, through a primarily interpersonal and multicultural-feminist framework.

What you can expect from me

I find high importance on building insight around how past interactions impact view of self, others, and the world, as well as influence relationship patterns with self and others. I also often incorporate other evidence-based practices, such as DBT mindfulness and interpersonal skills as well as values work found within an ACT framework. I find that a combination of evidence-based practices allows for

increased coping, improved interpersonal skills increased personal awareness, and alignment with a life that clients find worth living.
