Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. I provide individual psychotherapy with a focus on the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, navigating conflict with friends and family, and difficulty with life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My psychotherapy approach is primarily informed by psychodynamic and relational frameworks. I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and internal family systems (IFS). Ultimately, my approach is tailored to your individual needs and I see psychotherapy as a collaborative process.

What you can expect from me

I offer a free 15-minute consultation call so determine if it is a good fit to move forward. In our first session, I will look to learn more about you and what brings you to therapy. We can then talk more about next steps for frequency and style of sessions.
