Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. My focus over the past 6 years of practice has concentrated in working with individuals impacted by chronic trauma, specifically childhood trauma. I believe that healing happens within a safe, compassionate relationship where you feel seen, supported, and never rushed. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are, explore your experiences at your own pace, and move toward a life that feels more connected and authentic.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a personal journey, and no two paths to healing look the same. My approach is trauma-informed, recognizing how past experiences can shape the way we view ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Together, we will explore not only your thoughts and emotions but also the relationships, environments, and experiences that continue to influence your well-being, while identifying supportive resources and meaningful changes that foster healing beyond the therapy room. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative space where you feel safe, empowered, and in control of your healing process, moving at a pace that feels right for you. Even as we navigate difficult experiences, I believe there is room for humor and moments of lightness, helping to build connection and reminding us that healing doesn't always have to feel so heavy.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel exciting, overwhelming, or somewhere in between. Whether you come with a specific goal in mind or are simply taking the first step toward healing, our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to gain, and begin creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and comfortable sharing at your own pace. There is no pressure to have all the answers or tell your whole story right away. Together we'll create a therapy experience that meets you where you are.
