I am a trauma-informed, licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Connecticut. I have over nine years of post-graduate experience working with children as young as five years old, teens, adults, couples, and families. I have crisis work experience and case management experience. I’ve worked with individuals with various diagnoses. Currently, I serve clients throughout the state of Connecticut virtually and in office.
I provide a warm, empathetic, strength-based approach to therapy that considers the whole person (mind, body, and spirit).
My goal is to understand client's needs; to provide a supportive, and nurturing environment that promotes healing and growth. Your first session is a diagnostic mental health intake, which is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and better understand what brings you to therapy. During this appointment, we'll discuss your current concerns, personal and mental health history, relationships, strengths, and goals for treatment. You are welcome to share at your own pace, and you may ask questions at any time. This information helps create a personalized treatment plan that best supports your needs.
