Hello, I am Sayo, I speak both English and Japanese. I currently work with adult clients, who are struggling with work stress, depression, anxiety, trauma experiences, and interpersonal issues. I have licenses in California and Utah.
I focuses on how interpersonal relationships affect on individual's mental health such as work stress, school stress, family stress causing a person's anxiety/depression. I support clients identifying their needs, developing skills to manage presenting symptoms.
I want you to know that you are not alone. You have someone who will understand you. Throughout sessions, we focus on improving relationships and symptoms. Practice skills during sessions and you will apply skills outside of sessions.
