Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over six years of combined experience. My background allows me to take a more comprehensive, whole-person approach because I believe mental health is never separate from physical health, lifestyle, and environment.

I tend to work a lot with high-functioning adults; people who are managing careers, relationships, responsibilities, and expectations, yet find themselves quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or mood instability such as bipolar disorder. On the surface, things may look “together,” but internally it can feel overwhelming, exhausting, or hard to make sense of and that’s where I come in.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and solution-oriented. I prioritize creating a space where you feel genuinely comfortable being open, while also helping you move toward clarity and meaningful change. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model, our work together is collaborative, intentional, and tailored to you.

As someone of South Asian descent, I bring a nuanced understanding of how culture, family dynamics, and unspoken expectations can shape mental health. Whether this is a central part of your experience or something you simply want acknowledged, I hold that perspective with care and respect.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a thorough and thoughtful evaluation. We’ll review your medical and social history, current concerns, and any relevant factors that will help us establish a working diagnosis and personalized treatment plan. My goal is to really understand you so we can come up with a plan that actually feels right and realistic.

I take a holistic approach, meaning I look at the full picture of your well-being, not just symptoms, but your habits, environment, and overall health. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful, sustainable change that aligns with your goals.
