I am a Licensed Professional and Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor who is specialized in individual and group therapy. Experienced, trauma certified, and EMDR trained addiction Counselor/Therapist with 5+ years of experience in a variety of environments and capacities including gender-specific issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including substance use, trauma, attachment disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and with families facing legal issues. Most of my experience involves working with clients who have experienced physical trauma, sexual trauma or emotional abuse. I utilize CBT and DBT techniques to assist clients in mobilizing their resources and removing barriers to change.
