Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW with 20+ years of experience helping clients to manage anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and adjustment difficulties. I work collaboratively with adults of all ages to promote personal growth and help to guide people in the necessary steps to achieve their life goals.

My approach to therapy

We’ll work together to explore your behaviors and thinking patterns, and to identify the underlying causes of these behaviors. I will encourage you to be honest and self-reflective in our sessions, and to utilize skills that you learn in therapy in your day-to-day life. I tend to frequently use elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

What you can expect from me

I am committed to creating a safe environment where clients are heard, valued and empowered. I begin therapy by focusing on learning client expectations and goals for therapy, becoming familiar with client psycho-social history, strengths, and values, and generally building rapport.
