Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor (LPC-S), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I am deeply committed to helping individuals and families overcome obstacles and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, as well as providing marriage and family therapy. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress management, adjustment difficulties, anger, grief and loss, substance use, divorce and family changes, and abuse and domestic violence.

My approach to therapy

Life’s challenges and major transitions can often leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or as though everything is falling apart. My passion is helping people navigate these difficult moments and find a path toward healing and growth. In working together, I focus on addressing present struggles while fostering self-awareness, balance, and a renewed outlook for the future. I know that starting counseling can feel like the hardest step, but as the saying goes, “the best way to get things done is to simply begin.”

What you can expect from me

During our counseling sessions, clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the challenges they face, while learning healthy ways to cope with life’s stressors. Together, we’ll work on building practical tools for managing emotions, improving communication, and strengthening relationships. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered to grow. Over time, clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence, as well as a renewed sense of balance and hope for the future.
