Great to meet you!

Sessions with me feel like working with a teammate, not an expert handing down answers. We'll name what's getting in your way, build practical tools for between sessions, and lean on strengths you already have but may not see right now. Progress here looks like steadier days and more room to breathe.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where you and I work together as a true team. We'll start by identifying your goals, then build practical steps and new coping tools to get you there, drawing on your own strengths, insight, and experience along the way. Some sessions we'll look closely at the thoughts fueling tough days; others we'll talk through what's shaping your reactions before you even notice them. Either way, you're the expert on your life, and I'm here to help you use that

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you'll share what led you to reach out and the goals you have for our work together. We'll talk through your history, what's felt hard lately, and what support has or hasn't worked before. By the end, we'll have a clear game plan for the sessions ahead, so you leave feeling heard and know exactly what comes next.
