Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for individuals to explore their strengths and overcome challenges. I received my Master's from Edgewood College and have worked in various roles dedicated to reducing mental health stigma and empowering clients in their growth journeys.

My approach to therapy

Using a client-centered, trauma-informed approach that is culturally responsive I focus on empowering clients to re-author their narratives and move toward their preferred futures. I integrate a systemic approach drawn from multiple theoretical frameworks to meet the diverse needs of my clients. The modalities I use in my practice help my clients overcome anxiety, OCD, and other challenges by fostering self-awareness, internal harmony, and actionable progress.

What you can expect from me

I have been trained in Levels 1 and 2 of Gottman Couples Counseling and the Prepare/Enrich approach, equipping me to support couples in building stronger relationships through evidence-based tools and strategies. My work emphasizes modeling healthy communication, fostering resilience, and developing personalized goals and strategies for improved daily functioning. I have extensive experience working with children, families, and couples.
