Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Schevy! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes that everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and understood. I’m passionate about helping people navigate challenges with their mental health in a way that feels supportive and personalized. I believe there is always hope and a path forward, even when things may feel overwhelming.

My approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and judgment-free. I take the time to understand each person’s unique experiences, concerns, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll explore treatment options and develop a plan that is evidence-based, practical, and tailored to your needs.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for me to learn more about what brings you to care. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your mental health history, and what you hope to accomplish through treatment. Most importantly, you can expect a comfortable, supportive space where you can ask questions, share openly, and begin creating a plan for moving forward.
