Great to meet you!

I have a passion for good marriages and for women's issues. I received my PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy back in 2006. I "retired" to raise my kids and I returned to practice in 2019 to do what I love. I also love to travel and spend time with my family.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is client centered. I pull from many different theories in order to figure out what may resonate with that individual client the best. Therapy is a big investment and I want to make sure my clients feel like they are growing and moving forward.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that clients are willing to work outside of sessions for better results. I'm willing to give homework if clients are willing to do it. I want clients to come away feeling understood, heard, and more knowledgable about the issues they are facing.
