Great to meet you!

Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I aim to create a supportive and engaging space where you feel safe to be emotionally open, while also bringing a sense of ease.

At the core of my style is curiosity. I’m drawn to the “why” - why we feel, think, and respond to life the way we do. I take a holistic and at times existential approach, exploring not just immediate challenges, but the deeper patterns, life transitions, and questions of meaning that shape your experience.

I draw from a wide range of personal and professional experiences, including working directly with and overseeing a large and diverse group of clients. This allows me to adapt different techniques and perspectives to support growth, insight, and lasting change. Throughout the process, I remain thoughtful, engaged, and focused on what will be most helpful for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in a client-centered, supportive, and nonjudgmental style. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being open and fully yourself. From that foundation, I incorporate a range of evidence-based strategies to help you build practical skills that carry into your everyday life.

I also place an emphasis on developing self-awareness, using guided reflection to help you better understand your patterns, emotions, and what may be influencing them.

With my background and experience, I work with a wide range of clients and tailor my approach to meet your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a space that is supportive, respectful, and centered on helping you feel at ease. We’ll start by getting to know each other, what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you may have. There’s no pressure to share everything right away; we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I approach this process with curiosity and openness, exploring not just current challenges but also the broader context of your life, your experiences, values, and what gives your life meaning. My goal is to begin building a strong sense of connection and safety, while gaining a clearer understanding of how I can best support you moving forward.

By the end of the session, we’ll have a general sense of direction and what our work together might look like, with space for your input every step of the way.
