Great to meet you!

As a licensed and practicing clinician for the past 30 years, I understand the courage and strength it takes to reach out for help. Congratulations on taking that step, and know that you are not alone. Early on in my career, I primarily worked with adolescents. Over the past decade or so, I have really focused on individuals who have experienced trauma.

My approach to therapy

There are many new and trendy approaches to therapy. There is one approach that is researched based and proven to help create change. My approach is to build a connection that gives you the courage to manage difficult things, to increase your optimism, feelings of hope, and emotional resilience.

What you can expect from me

When people allow me the opportunity to engage in their lives, it is hopeful and exciting, and I'm able to give those feeling back to them. Many clients find relief and growth early on in our work together, building strength and resilience for lasting well being and balance in their lives.
