Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus. I work with individuals, families, and business leaders to strengthen relationships, whether personal or professional. Certified in evidence-based therapies, I’m dedicated to fostering growth, improving communication, and building meaningful connections for individuals, couples, and organizations.

My approach to therapy

In my approach, I often say I don’t just do 'talk therapy.' While talking is important, true growth happens through action. In our sessions, we’ll engage in experiences that heal past wounds, enhance presence, and prepare you for the future. Whether it’s relaxation, self-expression, or meaningful communication, each activity is done with clarity, safety, and your consent, tailored to your unique needs and personal journey of healing and integration.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and discuss treatment options tailored to you. You can expect a professional, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. My goal is for you to leave with a sense of hope and a clear plan. Therapy will be active and engaging, with guided activities, skill-building, and time to reflect, all designed to help you move forward with confidence.
