Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health therapist with over 15 years experience specializing in trauma, grief, anxiety and depression. I utilize a multi-modal approach incorporating effective techniques from CBT, DBT, narrative processing, and neurology. My clients benefit from an approach which adjusts to their personal worldview and needs, encapsulating their strengths and interests as we collaborate toward achieving realistic goals which improve functioning and general quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I employ a practical evolutionary-Jungian perspective when approaching treatment, often emphasizing the contexts in which the needs would be strengths. This is done in concert with mindfulness and focusing on which issues are resolvable, when they can be resolved, and learning to accept the issues that cannot be helped.

What you can expect from me

Increased regulation skills, better understanding of why they are experiencing and feeling what they are feeling, and increased self-efficacy and self-esteem.
