I have over 25 years of experience in the fields of Mental Health, Behavioral Health and Substance Use and Addiction. I practice several models of therapy. I am comfortable with clients from all culture and backgrounds. I have experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, attachment disorders, substance use and abuse, amd relationship issues to name a few.

My approach to therapy

My main approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which is a hybrid approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. I focus on Value Based Goals providing strategies and interventions.
