I have been working with individuals and families for over 15 years. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a master's degree in clinical social work. I specialize in working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and treatment-resistant depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a firm believer that everyone has the capacity to heal and live their best lives. I work mainly with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and have found it to be most helpful with many of my clients. EMDR can be very helpful in healing Trauma and PTSD as well. I am currently offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and will soon be offering other psychedelic-assisted therapies.
