Great to meet you!

I am a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist with 40 years experience. I help clients with their mood, relationships, ADHD, and all types of trauma. Specialties include: ADHD, Compassion Fatigue in caregivers and therapists; complex trauma with first responders; and Chronic Illness. .My expertise in ADHD, Chronic Illness, and Compassion Fatigue is pragmatic and professional. I am the primary caregiver in my family of ADHD and chronically ill people and have worked as a First Responder.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic model is Biopsychosocial. Establishing goals for treatment is collaborative. Selecting interventions for treatment is highly individualized. I look at each individual’s unique neurological and medical condition, their personal history, and their past and current relationships and select the best evidence based method to help them achieve their goals
