Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 15+ years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, teens, and families. I have worked in both outpatient and intensive treatment settings, including serving as a Clinical Director. I primarily work with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family dynamics, ADHD, and life transitions. I value being genuine and straightforward with clients while creating a space where they feel understood and respected.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change. I believe understanding why we think, feel, and behave the way we do is important, but therapy should also help us decide what to do differently. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems approaches based on each client’s needs. My style balances empathy and support with appropriate challenge and accountability.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a clearer understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns contributing to their concerns. Together, we identify realistic goals and develop practical strategies to apply outside of therapy. My goal is for therapy to feel purposeful and useful—not simply a place to talk, but a place to better understand what is happening and work toward meaningful change.
