Scott Durkin

My experience includes leading IOP at West Hills Behavioral Hospital in Reno with a diverse population, ranging from children to adults. I have worked with a variety of disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar, borderline, schizophrenia, trauma and addiction. I am certified with Prepare/Enrich for premarital/marriage counseling. My clients are looking to find someone who understands, empathizes and can help them cope with their struggles.

My approach to therapy is to ensure my clients feel they are being heard. I want my clients to lead their sessions to ensure they are getting the most out of their time. I am able to add a Christian perspective upon request.

They can expect that they will find their voice to advocate for themselves.
