I am a I'm a former college football player. I'm a Christian who does not like religion, if that makes any sense. I believe love conquers a lot.

My approach to therapy

My approach is a very laid back style that creates a safe space for my Clients. I combines evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, as well as Christian counseling if desired. I’m here to walk with you through your journey to help guide and support.

What you can expect from me

My job as a therapist is to help Clients achieve their goals, while guiding them through sometimes difficult and powerful emotional experiences. I want Clients to leave feeling more at peace and empowered to handle the challenges of life.
