Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including as a case worker, as an outpatient therapist, as a clinician at a crisis stabilization unit, and as an emergency services clinician and supervisor. In these different settings, I’ve helped to treat children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of differing mental health needs using individual and group therapy approaches.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Though I’ve been successful in treating a variety of mental health conditions using different techniques, my clinical interests revolve around treating stress and anxiety related disorders using cognitive behavioral strategies and exposure therapies. I believe therapy should be structured, but also unique to each individual’s needs.

What you can expect from our first session

In my work I have learned that people have the power to heal themselves, and my role is to act as a guide toward positive change. I believe in a person-centered approach to therapy, and if you are willing to work hard toward your own personal growth, I am willing to work hard to help you in your journey.
