Scott has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the past twenty-five years. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. Scott has extensive experience counseling children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. Scott specialties include anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD and family therapy to name a few.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, Scott’s philosophy toward the therapeutic process is that of collaboration. Scott joins with clients to assess their goals and works alongside them to optimize the therapeutic experience. As a therapist, Scott utilizes treatment modalities including DBT, CBT and Attachment Theory, among others. Scott is also trained in EMDR, a modality used to treat trauma and other mental health diagnoses.
