Great to meet you!

If you're reading this, something's weighing on you. Maybe it's your relationship, your family, or just a heaviness you haven't been able to shake. I've been in the mental health field for over 20 years, working with individuals, couples, and families through some of their hardest seasons. I especially love working with men who show up even when asking for help doesn't come naturally. Whatever you're carrying, we can start there. No need to have it all figured out first.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, meaning I'm not going to hand you a formula. Real change, in my experience, comes from within, and my job is to help you find it. We'll work honestly and at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what's actually getting in the way rather than running through a checklist.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you. You'll share as much or as little as you're ready to: your story, what brought you here, what you're hoping for. I aim to make it feel like a real conversation, comfortable and a little vulnerable, sometimes even funny. No pressure to have the right answers.
