Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions of identity, belonging, and self-understanding.

Many of the people who find their way to my practice are functioning well on the outside, yet internally something feels unsettled, disconnected, or difficult to name. They may be navigating high-pressure work environments, major life changes, or a growing sense that familiar ways of coping no longer feel sufficient.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in Embodied Depth Psychotherapy, a relational and mindfulness-based approach informed by psychodynamic psychology, somatic therapy, and Hakomi. As a Certified Hakomi Therapist, I help clients explore how emotions, beliefs, and longstanding patterns are expressed through both mind and body.

Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and paced intentionally. Together, we slow down and pay attention to thoughts, emotions, sensations, and patterns that may be shaping your experience, often outside of awareness. Through this process, clients often develop a deeper understanding of themselves, greater connection to their experience, and new possibilities for meaningful change.

I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from the California Institute of Integral Studies and have worked in hospital, community mental health, school, and private practice settings.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation. We'll spend time getting to know each other, exploring what has brought you to therapy, and discussing what you hope may be different in your life.

There is no pressure to have a clear story or specific goal before we begin. Many people arrive with a feeling that something no longer fits or that familiar ways of coping are no longer sufficient. Together, we'll start where you are and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
