Great to meet you!

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck in their heads, or emotionally exhausted from trying to keep everything together. Many of the people I support struggle with anxiety, relationship stress, trauma, or feeling disconnected from themselves after long periods of stress, caregiving, or major life changes.

My style is practical, supportive, and collaborative. I help clients slow things down, make sense of what’s happening in their nervous system, and build tools they can actually use in daily life—not just in session. Together, we work on reducing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, strengthening communication, and helping you feel more grounded and confident in your decisions.

I often work with clients who are:

  • Managing anxiety, panic, or chronic stress
  • Navigating relationship conflict, boundaries, or major transitions
  • Healing from trauma or emotionally painful past experiences
  • Feeling burned out, over-responsible, or disconnected from their own needs

I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based strategies, while tailoring therapy to your pace and goals. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out—we focus on clarity, steadiness, and meaningful progress over time.

I currently offer telehealth sessions and am accepting new clients.
