Great to meet you!

Hello! Thank you so much for visiting my page. I am passionate about supporting clients experiencing symptoms of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder as well as stage of life changes.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about supporting/ working with clients struggling with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder as well as Generalized Anxiety. While working with clients suffering from symptoms of OCD, I use a foundation of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I augment ERP with mindfulness practices and psychoeducation.

While working with clients experiencing stages of life changes or needing other types of support, I typically practice a more humanistic and reflective approach to therapy.

What you can expect from me

I hope to provide clients with the tools, skills and practices needed to manage symptoms of OCD moving forward. My hope is, after a period of time, that you will be able to be your own therapist!

While working with clients seeking support for issues other than OCD (and for those seeking support for OCD) I hope to support you in increasing awareness of who you are, what you may need, and what it means FOR YOU to live in this world as a human (not always easy).
