Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience in hospital, community mental health, and private practice settings. I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is active, thoughtful, and practical, with a focus on helping clients better understand patterns, build coping skills, and make meaningful changes in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a values-based model that helps people respond more effectively to difficult thoughts and emotions. We also examine recurring patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. The goal is to build greater flexibility, clarity, and confidence so you can make meaningful changes in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what is bringing you in, what has been difficult, and what you would like to be different. We’ll begin identifying patterns, clarify your goals, and discuss how therapy may help. You can expect an active, collaborative conversation with space for questions, reflection, and practical next steps.
