Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted by ADHD, anxiety, depression, or past trauma, you do not have to work through it alone. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe, understood, and accepted without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults and focus on helping you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and make meaningful changes in your daily life. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and therapy should help you feel more confident, more grounded, and more in control of where you want to go next.

My approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. Whether you are feeling anxious, having trouble focusing, carrying the weight of past experiences, or simply feeling unlike yourself, I will work with you in a way that feels supportive and manageable.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a relaxed, conversational diagnostic interview where we’ll talk through what you’ve been experiencing and the symptoms that are most impacting your day-to-day life. This is also a collaborative space where we’ll begin identifying your goals and creating a treatment plan that feels meaningful and achievable, helping set the foundation for the progress you’d like to make in future sessions. I look forward to working with you!
