Great to meet you!

Life can be challenging as a man, husband, & father. My life experiences, both success & failures, are what I pull from the most to help my clients get where they need to be. I've been counseling in private practice for over 15 years. I've been married for 23 years; my wife and I have 3 children. I primarily work with men who are struggling in the areas of relationships, anger, anxiety, depression, addictions, career, and the like. I also love to work with couples who are struggling in the areas of trust, communication, intimacy, unresolved conflict, & unmet needs. Staying together and growing stronger is easier said than done, but I’m here as a guide to walk with you on this journey. It’s a genuine joy to help couples create deeper connection, understanding, and lasting change—together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational and personal. I want to help you become the best version of yourself by providing a space to process and unpack your greatest challenges and obstacles in order to overcome and become the person you desire to be. My goal for you is to help you heal and grow during our time together.

What you can expect from me

Let's be honest, starting therapy can be a little awkward. Allow me to lead and get to know you and why you took this first step. From there we will laugh, share, learn, and begin to create a way forward. I promise.
