Great to meet you!

There are times in life when it feels like you're doing everything you're supposed to do, but somehow you're still exhausted, frustrated, disconnected, or stuck in the same patterns. You may be carrying stress, struggling in relationships, navigating depression, trying to be everything for everyone else, or realizing that the strategies that used to work for you simply aren't working anymore.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly a decade of experience working with adolescents and adults, I help clients move beyond simply surviving and begin creating meaningful change. Whether you're navigating depression, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, men's issues, grief, or major life transitions, we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that you can actually use outside of therapy.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward rather than staying stuck in the same conversations week after week. No two people arrive in therapy with the same experiences, values, relationships, or goals, so I take time to understand your story and tailor treatment to fit what works best for you.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). Together, we'll identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, challenge unhelpful thinking, strengthen healthy coping skills, and create realistic strategies that support lasting growth and change.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy doesn't require you to have everything figured out beforehand. During our first sessions, we'll focus on understanding what brought you to therapy, what obstacles you're facing, and what you hope life looks like moving forward.

You can expect honest conversations, practical support, and a nonjudgmental environment where your experiences are respected and your goals matter. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, challenged in productive ways, and more confident navigating the situations waiting for you outside the therapy office.
