Great to meet you!

Therapy isn't about fixing who you are. It's about understanding what's getting in your way. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, men's issues, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to identify patterns that are no longer serving you, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change that extends beyond our sessions.

With nearly a decade of experience working with adolescents and adults, I believe therapy should be practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward. My goal isn't simply to help you feel better during our sessions, but to help you build the confidence, perspective, and practical tools you can use in everyday life. Whether you're navigating depression, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, grief, men's issues, or a major life transition, I'll help you better understand what's keeping you stuck while creating realistic strategies that support lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should help you move forward, not leave you feeling like you're having the same conversation week after week. No two people arrive in therapy with the same experiences, values, relationships, or goals, so I take time to understand your story and tailor treatment to what works best for you. Together, we'll identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, strengthen healthy coping skills, and focus on practical changes that make a difference outside the therapy office.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). Whether we're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or life transitions, my goal is to help you build practical skills, greater resilience, and lasting confidence.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy doesn't require you to have everything figured out beforehand. During our first sessions, we'll focus on understanding what brought you to therapy, what obstacles you're facing, and what you hope life looks like moving forward.

You can expect honest conversations, practical support, and a nonjudgmental environment where your experiences are respected and your goals matter. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, challenged in productive ways, and more confident navigating the situations waiting for you outside the therapy office.
