My approach to therapy

Using an integrative approach, therapy is tailored to best serve your specific needs. As an example, I provide EMDR therapy which has been highly researched and is evidence based as the most effective therapy for PTSD. I bring a lot of life experience to counseling, especially trauma/crisis issues for First Responders/Veterans. My focus is to walk this journey with you and resolve your therapeutic goals so that you may put your past in your past and have a renewed sense of self. If you are someone dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, coping, existential/quality of life concerns, we will work together to find solutions that restore hope and joy, developing tools for long-term resolutions.

What you can expect from me

In my first session, I like to build a rapport with my client so that they feel comfortable and able to discuss whatever their concerns are. I strive towards making the most use of our time, working towards solutions at the client's pace.
