Great to meet you!

I am a master therapist and trainer. I love exploring how people have become distorted from their true nature and lose touch with what matters most to them. The work is to help us all clear the distortions so we can return to who we are: awake, kind, free. I am an EMDR therapist and trainer. I also use a lot of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which is about living life fully, from what we truly value rather than being caught up in our minds.

My approach to therapy

Many of us have a deep longing to open up, connect, and be free. Personal growth and development are my focus. I mentor and teach many other therapists the models of therapy that I use through the UB Graduate School of Social Work as well as privately. I also am deeply involved in processing trauma and other issues that get in the way.

What you can expect from me

We are all fellow travelers on the path of personal growth. I have my own spiritual development (and my own demons), that I work with daily. My goal is to create room for all people to grow. I take a collaborative, open, and very honest/direct approach to this work. Learn more about my approach here: https://www.samadhitherapyassociates.com/about-seaghan
