Great to meet you!

I help military members, first responders, and law enforcement professionals carry the weight of service with more strength, clarity, and support through therapy built around their world. If you’re dealing with trauma, stress, addiction, relationship strain, or the silent pressure of always having to hold it together, you don’t have to face it alone. My goal is to offer a space that feels confidential, grounded, and free of judgment—where you can talk honestly without clichés, forced vulnerability, or someone who doesn’t understand the culture you come from.

My approach to therapy

I work with evidence-based methods designed for people who are used to performing under pressure. For trauma processing, I use EMDR, which lets you work through difficult memories without having to narrate every detail. CBT helps you identify and shift the thought patterns that keep you in survival mode when the threat is gone. Motivational Interviewing is how we find your own reasons to change, without pressure. I also use Critical Incident Stress Debriefing for specific events. Sessions feel like a debrief, not a traditional therapy hour: direct, structured, and respectful of the culture you come from. No cliches, no forced vulnerability

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation, not an intake form. I want to hear what brought you here, what has worked before, and what you want to be different. We will not go deeper than you are ready for. By the end, you will have a clear sense of what we will work on together and a plan built around your schedule. Most people leave that first session with something they rarely get: the feeling of having said it out loud to someone who actually gets where it comes from.
