Great to meet you!

Welcome! I provide virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults across Florida. I specialize in adult ADHD, PMDD, and anxiety—especially for neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals looking for a supportive, welcoming space.

What working together looks like:

  • No Rushed Appointments: We take the time to actually talk, listen, and adjust your care plan.
  • Collaborative Care: You know your body best; I bring the medical expertise. We decide on treatment together.
  • Real Solutions: We focus on a mix of medication, focus strategies, and self-compassion.

As a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider and board-certified Nurse Practitioner, my goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and clear on your next steps.

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychiatric care is grounded, unhurried, and deeply collaborative. I don't believe in rushed 5-minute medication checks. Instead, I treat our sessions as a space where you are truly listened to and treated as the expert on your own lived experience.

How We Work Together:

  1. Thorough Initial Evaluation: We look at your whole picture—sleep, lifestyle, stress, history, and goals—not just a checklist of symptoms.
  2. Shared Decision-Making: We explore medication options together, discussing side effects, benefits, and alternatives so you feel confident in your choices.
  3. Ongoing Fine-Tuning: Care doesn't stop at issuing a prescription. We continuously adjust and fine-tune your treatment plan to ensure it truly serves your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a low-pressure, comprehensive intake designed to help us get to know each other and build a strong foundation for your care. There’s no need to prepare perfectly—you can just show up as you are.

What to Expect During Our First Visit:

  • A Welcoming, Unhurried Space: We’ll meet in a calm, non-judgmental virtual environment where you have dedicated time to share your story without feeling rushed.
  • A Whole-Person Conversation: We’ll discuss what brought you to care, your health history, daily routines, sleep, stress levels, and past experiences with mental health or medication.
  • Exploring Your Goals: We’ll talk through what feeling "better" or "more regulated" actually looks like for you in your day-to-day life.

First Session Outcomes: By the end of our appointment, you can expect a clear, diagnostic impression and a collaborative treatment plan. Whether that includes starting a new medication, fine-tuning an existing routine, or pairing medical care with practical focus and lifestyle strategies, you will walk away knowing exactly what your next steps are.
