Great to meet you!

Your life is too precious to go through your days feeling like you are just going through the motions. It’s time to reclaim your life. Self searching is the means by which we bring new vision, action and grace to the negative side of our natures. Lets rediscover your life’s purpose. Lets pursue the things which bring you meaning. Lets open our minds and hearts to all the possibilities around us. Lets get back on track. I invite you to begin healing. You are well worth the effort.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is empathic and conversational. Respect, sensitivity and compassion are vital components to the therapeutic process. We will work to incorporate your experiences, feelings and values into a congruent, meaningful life story. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, narrative and researched, evidence based strategies.

What you can expect from me

We will work to identify how core beliefs, personal stories about one’s life, and automatic thought processes impact overall wellbeing. This process addresses anxiety, lacking motivation, depression, dissonance, rigidity, dichotomous thinking, automaticity, and internalized oppression.
