Great to meet you!

I help individuals rediscover themselves, unlock their potential, and achieve meaningful personal goals. I also work with couples to improve communication and resolve conflicts that often lead to anger, distrust, and separation. Through individual counseling, I support clients in creating balance in work, relationships, family life, and personal well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on exploring the foundations of family dynamics and relationships that shape a client’s development. These influences often contribute to both internal and external conflicts. By gaining clarity around these patterns, clients develop a deeper understanding of the work needed to achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain a greater sense of balance around the concerns they present, as well as an understanding of the connection between mind, body, and spirit that supports overall wellness. Clients develop insight into both the issues they identify and those that may be less visible. Through a nonjudgmental lens, clients gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and challenges, allowing space for meaningful work toward creating their own sense of balance in life.
