My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach includes a variety of techniques which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I help treat individuals with substance use disorder, social phobias, anxiety disorders, and depression. My approach to therapy is focused on providing a safe and compassionate space for my clients while providing them with the tools to help them navigate the complexities of life.
