Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I take their time and their care seriously. I don’t believe in 5 minute follow up appointments for medication refills. I listen carefully, work to fully understand what’s going on, and give clear explanations so nothing is hidden. My goal is to make sure every client feels informed, supported, and empowered to make their own decisions about treatment, with me as a guide.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion, accessibility, and precision. I spend the time needed to sort through complex histories and clarify diagnoses that may have been overlooked or misunderstood. I am very intentional with medications, prescribing only when they are appropriate and explaining in detail why they are being used. I believe in building trust through transparency, education, and respect, so patients know exactly what their options are and why.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away with clarity, not confusion. You will have a deeper understanding of your diagnosis, your treatment options, and the reasoning behind every recommendation. You can also expect honesty, direct answers, and a safe space to ask any questions. Most importantly, you will leave knowing you are not just being treated for symptoms, but being supported in rebuilding quality of life and control over your mental health.
