Great to meet you!

I have been providing individual and family therapy to individuals in all populations including children, adolescents, and adults for over 15 years. I have experience working with individuals with challenges related to emotional regulation and mood disorders including anxiety and depression. I have experience with working with those impacted by traumatic experiences and now experiencing symptoms of PTSD. I enjoy focusing on the challenges individuals have within their relationships, both familial and social, and helping clients improve their ability to maintain healthy social interactions.

My approach to therapy

I offer individual and family therapy. I typically utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused approaches and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am very focused on building quality relationships with my clients and allowing that relationship to contribute to the work I do with my clients.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to feel safe to explore the challenges that are bringing them to therapy. At the same time, I would like them to leave each session with skills to practice and insight about the challenges that they are managing.
