Great to meet you!

As a doctoral-level mental health counselor, clients should know that I am here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. Clients should also understand that my approach is collaborative; together, we will set goals and work at a pace that feels comfortable for them. It's important for clients to know that seeking help is a sign of strength, and I am here to support them on their journey toward improved mental well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is client-centered and holistic, focusing on building a trusting therapeutic relationship in a safe and supportive environment. I tailor my methods to each individual’s unique needs. I believe in empowering clients by helping them develop insight into their thoughts and behaviors, while fostering resilience and coping skills to navigate challenges. Additionally, I prioritize open communication and feedback.

What you can expect from me

I'm a firm believer that my client should be able to walk away from each session with some new insight into their challenge(s) or at the very least, a new coping strategy to make things a little more bearable.
