Great to meet you!

During my 11 years of clinical experience, I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I have collaborated with couples to develop better communication skills, explore sexuality and strengthen their overall connection. I have also worked with families to improve the way they interact with one another.

My approach to therapy

I work with a compassionate and empathetic approach, relying on our relationship to guide our sessions. I have also found success using a combination of cognitive-behavioral and emotion-focused techniques to understand what messages our bodies are attempting to communicate with us.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a genuine connection with you, and together we can use this therapeutic relationship as our foundation for seeking change, exploration and growth. I first-hand know how challenging it can be to find a therapist that is right for you. Therapy begins when you pick up the phone or start to type the initial appointment information. Please reach out and we can collaborate together to create the space that you need in order to achieve the growth that you deserve.
