Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing online psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults throughout Arizona. I treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other mental health concerns.

My clinical background includes outpatient psychiatry, inpatient psychiatric care, crisis stabilization, and addiction medicine. These experiences have helped me understand how mental health conditions affect daily life and how important it is to develop treatment plans that are both effective and practical.

Whether you're seeking treatment for the first time, struggling with symptoms despite previous treatment, or looking for a provider who will take time to understand your concerns, my goal is to provide compassionate, thoughtful care where you feel heard and respected.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and centered on your individual needs and goals. I believe effective psychiatric care begins with listening, understanding the bigger picture, and working together to develop a treatment plan that fits your life.

I specialize in psychiatric evaluations and medication management, with an emphasis on finding treatments that are both effective and sustainable. I take time to explain medication options, discuss potential benefits and side effects, and make adjustments based on your response and preferences.

I also recognize that medication is only one part of mental health care. Sleep, stress, relationships, physical health, and daily functioning all influence emotional well-being. My goal is to provide practical, thoughtful care that helps you make meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and better understand what brings you to treatment. We'll discuss your current symptoms, medical and mental health history, previous treatments, medications, and the challenges you're experiencing in your daily life.

I'll take time to listen to your concerns, answer questions, and explore your goals for treatment. Together, we'll discuss potential treatment options, including whether medication may be helpful and what next steps make the most sense for you.

You don't need to have everything figured out before your appointment. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and comfortable with a clear plan for moving forward. Medication recommendations are individualized and may require additional assessment or records before prescribing.
