If psychiatric symptoms cause you pain and limit your life, I want to help. I offer medication management services to treat psychiatric disorders in adult patients (ages 18+). My background includes almost three decades of teaching at the college level, conducting research and publishing academic articles and books, as well as practicing psychiatry across healthcare settings. I specialize in populations, including Sexual and Gender Minorities/LGBTQIA+, emerging adults (18-29 years), creative professionals, and educators. I treat many conditions, including trauma/PTSD, anxiety disorders (panic, OCD, social anxiety, phobias, performance anxiety), mood disorders (depression and bipolar disorders), and sleep disorders.

I create an environment of understanding and empathy by offering patients compassionate, affirming, personalized care. Please note that I do not prescribe controlled substances such as Adderall, Ritalin, or Xanax, preferring instead safer alternatives to these high-risk medications.
