Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm Dr. Sean. I help people break out of vicious cycles and build a life they love to live.

I work with individuals from birth to age 30, and their families. My specialty is treating ADHD and other complex issues for which help is often hard to find.

In addition to my doctoral training, I completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Geisinger in pediatric psychology (2014). I am a licensed psychologist in PA and NY.

My approach to therapy

I practice Process Based Therapy, which matches strategies to your individual needs and situation. First, we identify the repeating patterns leading to the same outcomes you DON'T want. Then, we'll identify opportunities to disrupt these vicious cycles and intervene so that you can transform them into virtuous cycles!

What you can expect from me

Getting my clients the results they came in for is my top priority. I like to say that my goal is to put myself out of a job ASAP because my clients no longer need the support of our visits.

First, we identify the problems, root causes, and most important outcomes you want to experience. Then, we develop a collaborative plan and get to work. Most clients reach their goals within three months, with additional sessions to sustain their progress.
